Sessions meet 3 times weekly for 3 consecutive weeks. Each session is 60-75 minutes in duration, and takes place in the great outdoors at different locations throughout the San Fernando Valley.

Tim Talman or "Timmy T" as he is most well known, is your Team Leader, and owner of YOUR VBC! Actor, Martial
Artist, Stuntman, Celebrity-Trainer, and Fitness Life Coach, Timmy T is the real deal.
A lifetime Martial Artist, Tim came up through the ranks as a young boy in the Chuck Norris Tang Soo Do system, and is proud to be Mr. Norris' 200th Black Belt. A former Internationals Karate Champion, Tim trained with such World Champions as Joe Lewis, Howard Jackson, and the great Bob Burbidge! He has taught children of all ages over the years at numerous schools in the San Fernando Valley. Not only is Tim a nationally certified fitness trainer (NASM, AFAA), he is also a motivational speaker, fitness life coach, and team leader for corporate team building events around the country. |

I worked at Jack Lalanne Sports Club for two years as a personal trainer, aerobics & aqua aerobics instructor. Prior to employment I was required to complete an extensive fitness instruction program. From a young age I've consistently competed in running events with distances ranging from 100 meters to marathon distance. I've trained under many prominent coaches and have learned a lot about proper technique & form. In addition, I have a great understanding of strength and flexibility training that complements running. Maintaining my health and fitness has always been a top priority for me. Therefore, I've always had a keen interest in fitness and nutrition books and have routinely employed a personal trainer to expand my knowledge and to improve my level of health and well being. In addition to my belief in all of the above, I've always felt strongly about the importance of having fun while exercising! |

Holly came to us at Valley Boot Camp in the summer of 2007 as an enthusiastic camper.
Her background in the fitness field reaches far and wide. She did her time teaching high
impact aerobics in the 80's, aqua-aerobics to the geriatric set and worked as a camp counselor
each summer break during her college years. She received her Bachelor's
degree from USC in Physical Education and continued on at USC to do her Master's
work in Adaptive Phys. Ed. Holly has been a fixture in the valley in the Kids Fitness
Movement as the owner/ director of Kids Gym, USA since 1988. She is proud of the
positive fitness impact she has had on zillions of valley kids for those 21+ years.
She has been a faithful client to local trainer Michael Toussaint for 9 years,
this is where her practical knowledge in the field has grown and kept her current in today's fitness environment. She, along with a few of the VBC campers, is training to compete in this year's Malibu Triathlon. . .Good Luck! |

Lawrence is a well-rounded athlete with experience in sports from Basketball, Football, and Baseball, to Tennis, Golf and most notably Track & Field where he competed nationally on both the AAU Junior Olympic and NCAA collegiate levels. Combine that with his fundamental background in Kung Fu and Boxing and his passion and desire to help others excel in life through fitness and you have one AWESOME Fitness Professional. Matt is from Colorado, where he played in the Professional Indoor Football League as a wide receiver, and was a High School Football Coach for four years. He came to California in 1999 and began working as a Personal Trainer, stunt man and actor. In addition to training and acting, he operates his own Private Investigative agency in Studio City. "I loved Valley Boot Camp from the first day I experienced Timmy T's awesome program for myself! Its the best addition to a Southern California lifestyle I can think of, and the group is always full of motivated, dedicated people who want to improve their health, fitness and happiness. Its awesome, period. |

| Nicole's passion for health and fitness was the driving force behind her lifestyle starting at a very young age. Competing in cross country and track through high school and college helped lead Nicole to her career in fitness and healthy living. Seizing a great opportunity to help young people realize that a healthy, physically active lifestyle will lead to a more fulfilling life, Nicole moved to San Diego in 2004 where she directed a fitness and weight loss program for children and teens. As a personal trainer and fitness director, Nicole has worked with a wide variety of populations from youth to senior, and athletes to the under fit. Nicole understands each individual participant's varied needs and goals, and strives to lead workouts that help each individual safely challenge his or herself to reach personal fitness and health goals. Also, it is Nicole's goal, to help clients see the "gym" around them and all the possibilities for fitness at home or in the outdoors, not just in the traditional gym setting. Being able to merge her love of the outdoors and fitness has made teaching at My Valley Bootcamp a perfect match for Nicole. She enjoys seeing the great improvement in fitness and confidence from month to month of all the VBC members. Nicole looks forward to continuing to bringing her knowledge in outdoor fitness, weight loss, and nutrition to the members of VBC. |
