VALLEY BOOTCAMP is a results driven and realistic excercise program designed for all fitness levels. It utilizes a positive and encouraging approach along with a military type attitude of mental strength and self-discilpline. VALLEY BOOTCAMP provides the intensity and technique of a personal trainer, with the excitement and motivation of a group environment. This innovative, fun, and exhilerating excercise program encourages each person toward their own specific goals of increased strength, stamina, and cardio-vascular endurance.

Sessions meet 3 times weekly for 3 consecutive weeks. Each session is 60-75 minutes in duration, and takes place in the great outdoors at different locations throughout the San Fernando Valley.

Tim Talman or "Timmy T" as he is most well known, is your Team Leader, and owner of YOUR VBC! Actor, Martial Artist, Stuntman, Celebrity-Trainer, and Fitness Life Coach, Timmy T is the real deal.

A lifetime Martial Artist, Tim came up through the ranks as a young boy in the Chuck Norris Tang Soo Do system, and is proud to be Mr. Norris' 200th Black Belt. A former Internationals Karate Champion, Tim trained with such World Champions as Joe Lewis, Howard Jackson, and the great Bob Burbidge! He has taught children of all ages over the years at numerous schools in the San Fernando Valley. Not only is Tim a nationally certified fitness trainer (NASM, AFAA), he is also a motivational speaker, fitness life coach, and team leader for corporate team building events around the country.

He learned from a very early age the power of the mind, and what we can do if we harness that power correctly. It all comes from an inner belief, and self-dicipline. Helping people help themselves is his serious passion, and guiding them on their way to happier and healthier lives is his reward!
